“ We were referred to JCS Construction through a painter I knew. I told him I was looking for somebody to put in a small kitchen for a guest house and he told me “he had a guy”. This was JCS Construction. Juan Chaves is the owner and project manager. He stays on top of the project by visiting the job site every/every other day and even gets “dirty” himself working directly on your project. We hired JCS for the small kitchen but then we asked him to do additional work on our garage — we built a room in our garage attic with a full bath!. Next, my dad wanted to remodel his house. We ended up using JCS for the full project! The kitchen, the bathrooms, skinning the fireplace, new LCD lighting throughout the house, new doors, painting exterior, new garage door, all of it!!!! And now we are doing our own house adding two bathrooms and remodeling a third and the job is going very very well! Our house is built in 1929 and they are even adding additional touches to restore the look/feel of the house! They have the same guys working on the house every day (helps with consistency), who show up exactly at 8am and clean up the work areas each night! They are respectful and super hardworking.
