Garage Conversion to ADU

Our client had a garage they didn’t really need, so they decided to contact us to turn it into an ADU, and an additional income source. We did our best to work within our client’s budget. We had to add drywall and insulation to the walls, electrical wiring , plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom, new doors, lighting, exhaust fans, a new kitchen, a new bathroom. Everything needed to make an adu a home.
